"This must be the worst insurance agency in the state, and that's a statement. They took over my policy from an excellent agent we had used for 10+ years before his retirement, and it's been a flurry of hilarious incompetent messages and letters from threatening to cancel our policy to leaving me voicemails that they want to earn more business. They don't seem to know which way is up."
"Hi Dan, we are sorry for the rocky transition. When your policy transferred to us on March 1st, we reached out immediately to introduce ourselves. The subsequent urgent notices were from the carrier's underwriting department regarding your primary residence status. Our team reached out via phone and email back in April to help you answer these questions before the carrier issued a strict termination deadline. Now that we have your answer regarding the sale of the home, we've updated the carrier to keep your policy active. We appreciate your feedback."

"Called his office to discuss insurance options and coverage. Was told I would get a call back the next day. Did not get a call back so on the third day, called his office again and was told I would get a call back again. Never got a call back. Supplemental: The fact remains that twice I called, twice I was told I would receive a call back. Never got a call back. How can you be certain you are acting in my interests and/or helping someone if you don't bother talking with them?"
